Payment Agreement

I understand that should the parking fee not be received by the main office of Collegiate/Wesley on or before the quarter due date, a late charge of $5 per space will be charged. Due dates are; December 31st, March 31st, June 30th, and September 30th (1st of the month for monthly 24/7 Lot Payments) If the parking fee is unpaid by 12 PM (noon) on the first day of the new quarter, Collegiate/Wesley can seek a new renter for the space(s) for that semester and beyond. Should I decide to terminate this agreement, I understand that it is my responsibility to notify Collegiate/Wesley in writing of my intent two (2) weeks prior to the termination date. I understand that the parking permit hang-tag is church property and will return it when I am no longer a renter. There is a $5 fee for damaged or lost tags. I understand that failure to follow the rules of the permit will result in my vehicle being towed and the possibility of losing my permit after 3 times without refund.

Terms and Conditions

Parking permit MUST BE VISIBLE AT ALL TIMES when parking in designated area(s). • If the parking pass number does not match the vehicle that is parked in the lot, that vehicle will be towed. • Collegiate Wesley or its representatives are not responsible for any damages to vehicles or and damages property. Parking is at your own risk. • There is no parking overnight or between the hours of 11pm to 6am. (Except for 24/7 Lot) • Additional fee of $5.00 if parking permit is lost or damaged. • During special events, parking may be restricted. Failure to follow posted event signage may result in your vehicle being towed. • License plate number is used only for pass verification and will not be used for identification.
